About
Up Hermit Park Road, about three and a half miles from downtown, Hermits Hollow is a wooded campground where the sites are spread out and private. Each has a bear box, the vault toilets are kept clean, and there's room for tents or RVs. Trails leave from the campground, rangers are around and helpful, and wildlife wanders through. Dogs are welcome. Use the bear box for everything with a smell; that's what it's there for.
