The swing on the private patio is the point. The Big Thompson runs right in front of this single stand-alone cabin on East Riverside Drive, and downtown is a five-minute walk along the river. Inside there's a fully equipped kitchen, and hummingbirds and other wildlife come through the yard.

It's family owned and open all year, so a winter stay by the river is on the table. Bookings go through a form or a phone call to the owners. Rocky Mountain National Park is a short drive, and dinner downtown is close enough to leave the car parked.
