About
Clean cabins with hot tubs are what guests talk about after a stay with Peak Hospitality Vacations, along with the amenities and how good the homes look. The company keeps an office on Riverside Drive, about a mile and a half from downtown, right beside Mountain Shadows Resort.
Estes Park is one of several areas it covers. Listings also run in Woodland Park, Divide, Florissant and Monument, and the booking search filters by area, pet-friendly homes and hot tubs. Event spaces are listed for gatherings as well.
The other half of the business faces owners. Peak Hospitality does property management, co-hosting and consulting for short-term rentals, and it grew out of a family venture backed by years in real estate sales, appraisals, design and investment. Owners can hand over the whole operation or just bring the company in to co-host. Guests get trip planning pages too, from the national park to Pikes Peak.
