Closing time is 2 a.m. every night at the Wheel Bar, which makes it the late option on Elkhorn. It's an old dive and doesn't hide it: two pool tables, shuffleboard, darts, foosball, pinball and a digital jukebox, with locals and visitors elbow to elbow. The Bloody Mary is the drink to order, and the bar's own motto promises hangovers installed and serviced every day but Christmas. The patio sits by the river, parking is out back across the water, and it's next to Munchin' House on East Elkhorn.
