Get in line early, because the rolls sell out and the window is short. Cinnamon's, about a mile out West Elkhorn toward Fall River, bakes one thing and does it right: the classic cinnamon roll from a family recipe, with cream cheese butter frosting in whatever amount you ask for.
Pecan and salted caramel have their own following, with raisin and a fruit roll of the day behind them. A gluten-sensitive blueberry muffin covers anyone avoiding wheat. Everything is takeout, by the roll, the half dozen or the dozen, which makes it easy to feed a cabin full of people. The coffee is Ozo. A second shop runs in Loveland.
