On a cold morning the green chili is the thing to get, and the huevos rancheros are the other order that keeps coming up. This small, quiet breakfast and lunch cafe on Wonderview, a short walk from the Stanley Hotel, also does chicken fried steak, migas, three kinds of Benedict and French banana pancakes with real maple syrup. The hash browns have fans of their own.
Mimosas from the full bar make it a good pick for a slow weekend morning, and there's seating outside on the patio. Tables turn quickly, and there's a kids' menu. It shares a strip with Domino's Pizza and Estes Park Team Realty, so look for the storefront rather than a standalone building.
