Drunken noodles and pad see ew are the two dishes that come up most, with the yellow curry and the appetizer combo close behind. Estes Thai is on East Elkhorn a couple of blocks from the main intersection, next to The Egg of Estes, and the room is small and warm, with tables turning quickly.

The menu goes deeper than the usual: green papaya and roasted duck salads, salmon curry, pad woonsen, spicy basil, and a veggie lover's plate for anyone skipping meat. Thai iced tea and iced coffee, and beer. The kitchen breaks between lunch and dinner, so plan around the afternoon gap. It takes reservations, which helps in summer, and does takeout for the cabin crowd.
