Out on the YMCA of the Rockies campus, a few steps from the Mootz Family Craft and Design Center, this small museum covers the history of the area. That history is the reason to go, along with a collection of odd and unexpected objects that people tend to remember. There is a theater space, and it is easy going with kids, which makes it a natural add-on to an afternoon at the craft center, especially when the weather turns.
