The two-hour ride is the one most people book, though a thirty-minute ride and private rides are on the list for anyone short on time or nerve. Wranglers lead the groups, and the ones people remember are informative and, now and then, funny. The horses are calm, which matters with kids, and the mountain views carry the rest. Rides are by appointment and the stable shuts down for winter, so check availability online before driving out Big Thompson Avenue.
