About
Five trading card games carry this shop: Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon, Lorcana, One Piece and Flesh & Blood, with Magic and Pokemon singles in the cases for anyone finishing a set or building a Commander deck. It is out on East Wonderview, next to Notchtop Bakery & Cafe and Peaks Hallmark, about half a mile from downtown.
The owner and staff are the reason people come back. They are friendly and patient with card picking, and they have built a small community of regular players. Warhammer, Battletech and D&D miniatures, a focused board game shelf, and sleeves, dice, binders and playmats fill out the rest.
Events run through the week: Friday Night Magic, Pokemon on Saturdays, and One Piece on Thursdays and Saturdays. The doors stay shut early in the week, so traveling players should plan around that. Online orders can be picked up in store, and a pack of sleeves is a two-minute visit.
