Up Fall River Road, a little over a mile past downtown, Deer Crest sits right on the river, with no kids and no smoking anywhere on the property. The water is the main event. Most people talk about the river first, then the fire pit, then the hummingbirds. And a good bed, which matters more than it sounds after a long day in the Park.

The extras are small and specific: popcorn and s'mores on the house, a hot tub, a creekside lawn, and the odd elk wandering through. Rooms run from the Riverfront Deluxe King to the Old Man Mountain and Bear Den suites, plus a Fireplace Mini-Suite. It stays open year round, and the Fall River entrance to the Park is up the same road.
