Fishing poles and tackle are loaned free, and the stocked river is right off the deck. Estes Park Condos runs three properties on Fall River off David Drive: Antler's Pointe, Bugle Pointe, and Creekside Suites & Condos. They sit about a mile from the Fall River entrance to the Park and two and a half miles from downtown.
Every unit faces the river from a patio or deck under old pine and spruce, and that view plus the hot tubs are what guests talk about. Units run one to three bedrooms, with a four-bedroom Timber Mountain House for bigger groups, all with full kitchens and fireplaces, and either jetted tubs, private hot tubs or corner spa tubs. Grills are provided.
Elk and deer are regulars, and the company lists black bear, fox, marmot, bobcat, moose and bighorn among the visitors. Office hours can shift, so call ahead before arriving. Book early for summer weekends.
