About
A bathroom with a layout that never made sense is the kind of problem Studio Logan gets called in for. Renovations come up most, bathrooms especially, along with the ideas Colleen Logan brings that owners hadn't thought of and how well she works alongside the contractor.
Logan grew up in Estes Park, studied interior architecture and design at Colorado State, and spent about five years at Westover Construction, a local design-build firm, before opening her own studio in 2024. She handles kitchens, baths, additions and complete home design, plus space planning and furniture layouts room by room.
The process runs from concept sketches to 3D visualization to construction documents a builder can price from. Seeing a layout in 3D before anything gets torn out is the step that saves arguments later.
