At the foot of Prospect Mountain on West Riverside Drive, a short walk from Elkhorn, Rock Cut pours twelve taps from a seven-barrel system you can watch through the taproom window. The brown ale has a loyal following. The kitchen is whichever food truck is parked out front that day, and outside food is welcome too.

The patio is the draw when the weather holds, with the Big Thompson running past and dogs welcome. Inside is small, bright and good for a board game. Tuesday is trivia, bingo nights turn up on the calendar, crowlers and bottles go home, and there's gluten-free and nonalcoholic beer for whoever's driving back from the Park.
