About

Anniversary dinners land here a lot, and it isn't hard to see why: a small, warm room on Park Lane next door to Prospect Bistro, a wine list worth reading, and a chef who gets as much credit as the food.

Brunch is the bigger draw by far. The cheese puffs are the starter people keep ordering, and the smoked trout spread is worth a look. At dinner, duck and scallops are the plates that come up most. The cocktails and desserts hold their own, and the wine is worth pairing with any of it.

It's a few steps from the main downtown intersection and Bond Park. The menu is short and American with a twist, there's a full bar and a few tables outside, and both locals and Park visitors fill the room. Breakfast is served, solo diners do fine at the bar, and it's worth booking ahead for dinner.
