From late spring through summer, the old course on Moraine Avenue reopens with its windmill at hole 11, the alligator at hole 2 and a water hazard at 12. It has been an Estes tradition for more than 60 years, first as Tiny Town Mini-Golf and now as Meadow Mini Golf, run by the same company as Tiny Town Cabins. Flower beds line the holes and Longs Peak sits in the background.
The course is older and well kept, and cheap enough to justify a second round. Sink a hole in one on the 19th and the next game is free. Watch for marmots. It is easy with kids, wheelchair accessible and closed in winter. LadyBug BBQ is right next door for after.
